Insurance - Out of Network. Fees are collected upfront and a statement is provided for reimbursement if your policy allows for out of network coverage. Please check with your insurance company regarding your out of network reimbursement plan.
Length of Session - Individual psychotherapy appointments are typically 45 or 60 minutes. Couples appointments are usually 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
New Clients Forms - Prior to attending your first appointment, You will be sent new client forms that will need to be reviewed, completed and signed prior to your initial session.
Payment - Full payment is due at the beginning of each session. Visa, MasterCard
Cancellation - Appointments that are cancelled with under 48 hours’ notice as well as missed appointments are charged in full. Cancellations must be made in writing via email with an additional backup text or voicemail. My office will always acknowledge receipt of your notification. If you do not get this RSVP re: your written cancellation, then I have not received it. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy - are consistent with local, state and federal laws. The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. However, there are a few exceptions, please see our client forms for details.
